If you believe that God has called and gifted you to provide logistical support and operational guidance, then this is the right team for you. Your assignment will enable our whole team to focus on their day-to-day task of empowering leaders and establishing new churches among unreached peoples.

Some of the responsibilities of this position include overseeing internships, leading short-term trips, working with the Short-Term Coordinator and developing a system of follow-up with interns.
As part the Mobilization Team the Short-Term Coordinator will promote short-term experiences that will engage participants in the magnitude of the task of providing gospel access to unreached peoples. As part of the Doxa Institute the teacher/trainer will help to develop curriculum, develop training videos, train in selected areas of theology, mentor church planters and be available for theological consultation.
The Doxa Institute is Crossover Global’s training program designed to accomplish two goals: we desire to train new teammates in several key areas of theology and missiology, and we desire to equip church planters to be able to plant multiplying churches that are self-led and self-supporting.
