Long-Term

Thank you for considering Crossover Global!

As a global church planting organization, Crossover Global allows application for potential candidates from any country of the world. Our team is a global team and below are several ways in which you can be part of our team:

CHURCH PLANTING

If you believe that God has called and gifted you to lead people to a right relationship with God through Christ and to start new communities of believers, then this is the right team for you.  You will be directly engaged in day-to-day evangelism as well as helping these new believers to become committed followers of Christ.

RESOURCING

If you believe that God has called and gifted you to equip, empower, encourage and mentor church planters, then this is the right team for you.  You will come alongside our church planters in equipping leaders and strengthening them to better fulfill their calling in planting churches.

SUPPORTING

If you believe that God has called and gifted you to provide logistical support, and operational guidance, then this is the right team for you.  Your assignment will enable our whole team to focus on their day-to-day task of empowering leaders and establish new churches among unreached peoples.
