46 New Unreached People Groups Engaged in 2022

Did you know there are over 16,000 ethnic-linguistic peoples in the world? Did you know that 7,000 have limited access to the good news of Jesus Christ? According to JoshuaProject.net, they represent 42% of the world’s population and remain unreached with the gospel of Jesus Christ!

Our team understands that, though spiritual needs are everywhere — in our neighborhood, schools, work, and even our family — access to the message of Christ’s love and forgiveness is not. Millions of people do not have a Bible translated into their language and live in places where the closest church is hundreds of miles away. Some have no contact with anyone who follows Jesus.

Therefore, Crossover Global has prioritized the necessity of providing Gospel access among unreached people groups as the critical problem to address. This is why we are focused on planting churches among unreached people groups.

A tangible example of this from 2022 is how our team engaged 46 new unreached people groups, bringing the total number of UPGs Crossover Global serves to 226.
